Saturday july 17 I was driving from Jacksonville nc to Florida unfortunatly my car broke down on I-95. emergency towing dropped me my son and the car off at 5020 fayetteville lumberton. My son just happens to be downs syndrome and handicapped. William and his staff were very friendly and professional. Being stranded in a strange area I was convinced I was going to get ripped off. William did not take advantage of my misfortune and was very very helpful. My hat is off to him and the people who worked on my car.

I would like to let you know that I ordered new wheels and tires from your store on Raeford Road in Fayetteville on 07/16/2010. On 07/19/2010 they came in and they sent the wrong wheels. They came back in on 07/20/2010 and once again they were the wrong wheels. They sent the correct wheels on 07/21/2010 but forgot the lug nuts and wheel tool. On 07/22/2010 everything was finally correct and I got my new wheels and tires.
The guys (Reggie and Craig) in the store were so helpful and kept me informed as to what was going on. By keeping me in the loop they earned my business in the future, despite the shipping issues that occurred. They appreciated my patience and I appreciated there professionalism.
I just wanted to send this note because I’m sure you hear from unhappy when there is a problem and I wanted to let you know that I had a very nice experience at your store and will be a loyal customer as long as the level of service that Reggie and Craig set the bar at is maintained.

I wanted to send a note to let you know about one of your OUTSTANDING employees’, Mr. Jerry Culbreth of your Raleigh, NC tire center. My family and I were stranded on I-95 in Wilson, NC on June 26th due to a second blown tire on our travel trailer (we blew one in Virginia earlier in the day). Mr. Culbeth pulled over just to see if we needed help, he had just finished helping a motorhome that we had passed not 10 minutes before our 2nd tire blew. When Mr. Culbreth pulled over and asked if we needed help, we were so gracious. He offered to go back to his shop and get a new tire to replace our blown tire and we told him that we would rather replace all four tires so he called in to see if he had them and he did, thank God (and Jerry too). We sat on the side of the road with our trailer for a couple of hours waiting for Mr. Culbreth to come back. When he returned, he fixed the blown tire and then had us pull off the next exit to get us out of harms way and then he proceeded to replace the other three tires. I don’t know what we would have done if Mr. Culbreth had not stopped, he was our “GUARDIAN ANGEL” that day, because not one other person or police officer stopped to check on us or help us. We just wanted to let you know what a “VALUABLE, KIND, CONSIDERATE” employee you have in Mr. Culbreth. We have his card and we will keep it in our vehicle because we tend to travel south down I-95 quite a bit and would definitely give him a call if we were ever in trouble. Please know and let him know what a WONDERFUL guy/employee he is. If it weren’t for him, I’m not sure what we would have done because we called “AAA” and they were absolutely NO help to us at all. Thank you for employing such a great person.

I wanted to send a note to you both to share my appreciation for what Jason Frink and our Black’s Tire & Automotive location on Oleander in Wilmington did for us during our “Driven To Give” promotion, July 1-15, 2010. Jason stepped up to give us some items to giveaway to help us draw in donors during this critical timeframe. With his and the stores help we brought in 306 donors and collected 319 units of blood.

Jason does a really good job of getting our DRD Fleet in and out as we are on the road most of the time working in our 12 counties promoting blood donations.

I want to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Jason at the Apex location. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty not only of his job, but as a fellow citizen yesterday morning. As peculiar as it sounds, Jason assisted me in extracting a terrified kitten from inside the dashboard of my car.

When I pulled up to Black’s Tire yesterday, I was fully expecting to be turned away or for the situation not to be taken seriously. But to my amazement, Jason not only agreed to help me, but pulled out all the stops to help rescue this little guy… who is now on his way to finding a new home!

I was sincerely impressed by Jason’s determination and sensitivity to the situation. Again, his actions were not only a superb demonstration of customer service, but a generous act of community service as well.

I will defintely consider Black’s Tire for my family’s future tire and auto service needs. Also, the tale of Jason’s kindness has already been, and will continue to be shared with our friends and family!

My recent Auto Service at your Raleigh / Millbrook location.

I would like to pay compliment to James your service Manager, Tim, your Auto Tech, and Jerry in sales. These guys have always done a great job for me. They are fair and I know can be trusted.

James and Tim recently helped diagnose a “sticky” drivability issue I was having. It was an intermittent problem. They took the time to find the problem and fix it the first time correctly. I have had experienced parts changers (not in this shop) in the past and it was my pleasure to do business with such capable folks. Tim even stayed late to complete the repair. I would be more than happy to recommend this shop and team to anyone.

I wanted wheels and tires for my 98 f-150 truck and was having trouble finding a set to fit my needs. Chad at the Apex location found me a great set of wheels and tires that fit my truck and made it stand out. Chad went out of his way to help me find what I needed and I appreciate it very much. The price was not too high and service was impecable. I would recommend Blacks Tire to anyone. My truck rides like a new one. Thanks Chad for all your help….

I would like to thank the staff, including the wonderful mechanic who worked on my car at store number 27 on Hwy 301 in Fayetteville NC, from the bottom of my heart. The folks at the desk were professional, courteous and friendly. The mechanic basically saved me from serious injury or death when he noticed my right wheel was in serious danger of collapsing and showed me. Please thank the entire staff and especially the mechanic who worked on my car, and buy them all lunch or dinner or give them gift cards, something to show them all how excellent they really and truly are, and what assets they are to your company.
