What Tire Size?

We are from Virginia and were travelling back from Key West. When we were leaving the hotel (Thunderbird Motor Lodge)on the morning of the 17th in Florence, S.C., we noticed a nail in the front left tire. The manager at the hotel told us to go to Black’s Tire which was a couple of lights down the road. The people there were awesome. They took the nail out, tested for a leak and told us to have a nice day. That kind of customer service is very rare these days and we just wanted you to know we appreciated it very much. A lot of companies might have tried to take advantage of us since were so far from home and at their mercy. These guys didn’t!

Another satisfied customer! My son purchased the Kelly Fierce from Mike King yesterday for his car. He had the front aligned and four new tires. My son’s comment was it dro ve like a dream. Last week, I was traveling to Shallotte and experienced some car problems.  I was alone, a female traveling on business and far from home so I quickly became alarmed and uneasy to stop just anywhere.  I stopped at your business just a few minutes before 5:30 pm so I just knew I would receive the “brush-off.”  To the contrary, the mechanics came to my rescue and didn’t seem to mind at all.  They were very nice, professional and courteous to me.  When I left I felt I relieved.  I have told so many people about my pleasant experience there.  I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received.  We are so quick to spread bad experiences that I want to say “Thank you” and I pray your business flourishes!
