What Tire Size?

Last week, I was traveling to Shallotte and experienced some car problems.  I was alone, a female traveling on business and far from home so I quickly became alarmed and uneasy to stop just anywhere.  I stopped at your business just a few minutes before 5:30 pm so I just knew I would receive the “brush-off.”  To the contrary, the mechanics came to my rescue and didn’t seem to mind at all.  They were very nice, professional and courteous to me.  When I left I felt I relieved.  I have told so many people about my pleasant experience there.  I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received.  We are so quick to spread bad experiences that I want to say “Thank you” and I pray your business flourishes!

On Friday, April 28, I was on my way from South Carolina to New York. The right front tire struck a piece of wood and exploded, damaging the rim. Luckily, I found Black’s Tire in Lumberton. Larry Allen and his staff assessed the problem asked how I wanted to handle it and took over. In no time they rounded up the proper parts and had my car in perfect running order. Larry Allen and his staff are men with angel wings and dirty hands. The human race is much better off with this caliber of character. It’s not what they do but how they do it. Compassionate professionals. I know I am one of many satisfied customers.
