What Tire Size?

I wanted to take time to express my gratitude and thanks for the exceptional service that we recieve at the Conway store. Mr David Holmes is the manager there and our experince in that location is above board all the time. They remind me of a time long gone in business today when real customer service meant something. People tend to always let you know when your not what they expect and rarely tell you when your above what they expect. I am in the service industy or you could say the people business so I get it. Hope you pass this along to that staff over there. I wouldnt even consider another tire automotive shop. Thanks again. Regards Allen S.

Cheers to the Citgo station at Exit 61 on Interstate 95 and to Black’s Tire Service on Ramsey Street. Recently on a cold day, I was having problems with tire pressure on my car, and men at both places took the time to check them out, add air as needed, and get the pressure equalized. Neither business charged anything for their services, and I left reassured and ready for an out-of-town trip.

Cheers to Rich and Black’s Tire! Upon going to work, I heard a thump. Oh no, a flat! I pulled into Black’s Tire around the corner, and Rich checked the tires. No flat. Next, he checked the tire pressure; sure enough, it was 10 pounds under tire pressure for my car. I had “just” had them checked three weeks prior, but at a gas station. From now on, Black’s Tire is my only stop for professional people with great service. Thank you, Black’s Tire and Rich, for being so nice.
