On 6/28 I my tire started going down on my way to Southern Pines. I went straight to the Pinehurst Ave location since it was right down the street from my office with only 15lbs of pressure. About 30 minutes after dropping my car off I received a call stating that there was a hole in my sidewall and that my brand and size of tire was only available through a Chevrolet dealer. They put on my spare and when I tried to pay them, they told me that I didn't owe them a thing because they were not able to fix my problem. That act of kindness in the midst of a horrible day was such a blessing!

I highly recommend this location in Florence! Bob and his staff greeted me immediately and took care of my tire problem with very little wait. It was so nice to experience great customer service!! Nancy

First time I've used thier services. Thier office is located very close to my office. I had a tire that had been losing pressure for about week and I dropped my car off at Blacks to get what I thought would be a patch from a nail. Turns out it was a cracked rim. Although they were not able to repair my rim, Craig and all the guys at Blacks Tire, bent over backwards to help me get it safely back on the road. They removed the tire from the rim for me, I took it it be welded and brought it back to them. They put my tire back on my repaired rim, balanced it and had me ready to go on no time. Everyone there was so accommodating, and extremely nice. I would definitely refer them!! Thanks you to Craig and all the guys at Blacks Tire & Auto Service!!!!
