We are always looking for our next great Outside Sales Representative!

Our Outside Sales Representatives perform duties that include:

• - Following all company policies and procedures as outlined in the current Employee Handbook
• - Traveling to prospective and existing customers to obtain and grow business
• - Developing and implementing plans to expand business presence in the assigned areas
• - Promoting our brands and services
• - Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products (new and existing), policies, and merchandising information to efficiently serve customers
• - Meeting established goals
• - Providing consultative selling of tires, wheels, and associated products to customers
• - Continuously updating all customers on company enhanced products and/or services
• - Planning and hosting customer events
• - Maintaining and growing professional customer relations

Qualifications

• *High School diploma or GED required
• *Sales experience preferred but not required
• *Team player with a positive attitude
• *Self-starter and self-motivator
• *Valid Driver’s License
• *Passion for generating sales
• *Excellent time management and communication skills
• *Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
