I own a small business and rely on my vehicle to work. I came to Black’s Tire during a tropical storm in a pinch on a Saturday morning with a flat tire. I am so impressed by their willingness to help and excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend them and come back again.

I was traveling to Wilmington on the 14th when I had a tire blow out on the 74/76 Hwy just west of the city. My tow truck driver carried me to Black's Tire, Castle Hayne. Their courteous representative, Dustin told me it would be about an hour's wait, but he would try to improve the time. Within ten minutes a young man came out and began jacking the car up. He removed the bad tire, replaced it with my spare, checked the pressure, put the bad tire back in the spare compartment and let the car back down. I walked back inside and thanked them for their quick response time and said how much do I owe you. This time Brian Phillips, and Dustin were there. They both smiled and said, you don't owe us anything, have a nice day! I said are you kidding, and they both responded, no! Their hospitality was much appreciated after a two and a half wait on the highway. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good auto repair or tires. They were great representatives for all Black's Tie locations. Thanks
I came in from out of town and my tire blew. I was stranded and called blacks tire to come help me. Had a guy name Chuckie come help me. He was wonderful and helped me. Was very kind and professional. Would recommend blacks tire if needed.
