On my drive from Florida to New Bern I noticed my back brakes acting up. By the time we arrived they were audibly grinding. Called Blacks on Tuesday. Dropped off my truck Wednesday morning at 8:30 AM and they had everything diagnosed and repaired by 11:00AM for a fair price. I have never left a review on social media, but the service I received from Scott and his team, Jean and John, was first rate and compelled me to make an exception. The team not only went above and beyond to find and repair a very small leak in each of two tires, but took the initiative to investigate why my air conditioner and fan were not working efficiently. The team replaced a very dirty air conditioner filter and then topped off the transmission fluid, all at no additional charge. The service I received convinces me to keep Black's Tire and Auto Service as my only choice for tires.
