I was told by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle that I needed new tires. I thank God that Nick at Black's was honest enough to tell me that I didn't need to purchase tires now, I still had some months left. It's hard to find honest people today, it is obvious that the dealership was trying to get more money.. Nick also checked to make sure I didn't need brakes. Thank you Nick and Black's for you honesty!!!
The service was wonderful and I will go there again; however, they did not have wi-fi, which made it very difficult for my daughter and I to occupy ourselves while waiting.
I purchased 4 new Hankook 14 ply trailor tires at $258 per tire, I was also charged a road service labor charge and a gas fee. All of these I fully understand. What I don't understand is thje $15 per tire for mounting. Every tire I have ever purchased in my life came with mounting included. Chuckei did a great job but I'm very surprised at the $60 mounting fee.
