"Black's had my back!" I came in to black's on Saturday about 8:30am. My radiator sprung a leak late friday night coming in from nc. I told Ed this was a short weekend getaway,and I needed to get a new radiator installed to get back to work on monday. I thought this was going to be a all day thing at the shop while my wife and granddaughter was having a blast at the beach. After he got a hold of a radiator (only took him a couple minutes) he offered to take me back to my hotel about a mile and half, and pick me up when it was finished. That really made my day. I got to enjoy my family on the beach the reason why we came, not to sit in a waiting room at a garage all day. I go to Myrtle Beach about four to five times a year,I HAVE A NEW GARAGE AT THE BEACH. I really can't thank Ed and his team enough.
Once again, I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received from the Black's Tire & Auto Service at the Myrtle Beach location. It's funny that such a large company can treat you as a person and not a number! I will never go anywhere else..Thank you all!!
