While in Myrtle Beach it sounded like the bottom was coming out of my car so I took it to Blacks. They were great. Fixed it right away and didn't even charge me. The cover under the motor was falling down. They could of told me it was something else and I wouldn't known the difference. While we were waiting I noticed how well they treated all their customers too.
I would just like to thanks Jeff,Bill and Rick for the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that I recieved at the 1823 E. Millbrook Rd location. These young men know exactly what they are doing when working on your car. They care abouy you as well as getting your carfixed. I wish i could give you a 100 as a rating because thet deserved it. Got a great deal. Tony was top shelf. Customer service sells more the the product. Im giving Tony the 4 stars. The tire man was less than adequate. I had an 1100 appointment and I was on time. I drove away at 1:15.
